Stalemate, Eastern Ukraine may as well be it's own defacto country and it is shit. Western Ukraine is only slightly better.
Russia got Crimea and an embarassing money sink, the West got some of thier border state and an embarassing money sink.
All in all /coldwar/ as fuck, 6/10 would clank again.
