All you need is a powerdrill and a 1/4" drill bit....
Machine shop
Barring that, drill and router

Deep throat it. Go slow at first though, wouldn't wanna hurt yourself trying to rush.
what you want to do is get a 4" barrel and put a echo trigger on it shooting 300blk with a molded pistol grip, side charging handle and shortened buffer tube.

I looked into it. However its illegal to have someone else finish it because then there would be the unlawful manufacture and transfer of a firearm

80% arms jig. Drill press and then router out what left. As long as you go slow and make sure everything is level, it'll look pretty good. Don't go a full has mark down every time, do like 1/4 to 1/3, especially if it's 7075 aluminum.

Get a cheap drill press at harbor freight and get a good router. Recently finished my 80% and it looks fantastic. Are you living in California by any chance OP?
