hey guys I found this knife up at work today, I don't recognize the emblem below the blade and there isn't a name anywhere on it. anyone have any idea what it is?

thanks guys. I don't really have a use for it and it seems the blade is rusted stuck out like it is as pushing the trigger on top in either direction doesn't allow the blade to move.

Pretty sure this isn't bait. Looking at the blade where it comes out it looks fucked up as hell. Try using some rust remover and soaking the whole thing. I think the chassis will be fine, it's aluminum and the blades are normally Elmax but they still rust. I wouldn't take it apart just yet
