KAC 2 stage triggers are vastly superior to anything on the market right now. The SR-25 gas system on the SR-15 is absolutely superb. Poorfags will never come close to anything this soft shooting with their mismatched gas port and random gas tube.

You know that the M4 is just a model name Colt uses right? There are legit full auto Colt M4s that have never seen a US or government armory in their lives. That doesn't make them any less of an M4 nor does Colt using M4 on this semi auto variant.
It's an M4 because Colt says it is and since M4 is a generic term per the courts. Anyone else who makes an "M4" will also be considered one.

They issue various SR-25 type guns (7.62 NATO) as well as a ton of rails from KAC which is probably what you saw.
So far the only people using the SR-16 professionally(aside from my uncle is a SEAL internet BS) are the Secret Service, a handful of US LEO, and formerly Polish GROM.
There could be more of course and I've seen at least a couple uppers on MK12 lowers so it depends on what counts as a "SR-16." There's basically zero KAC support in Europe which is why GROM dropped them and went back to the 416.
