Lets kick off NBC thread.
I am anon with medical background and am heavily interested in biological weaponry.
Anyone knows good documentaries,books,or other material that covers what exactly was used,how it was used,how it was developed,specific strains of bacteria used ect. please post your recommendations since Wikipedia barely covers anything and video files I could find don't exactly say anything besides "wooo spooky" and use therms like "super super resistant".

Nothing of greater sophistication than "hit some blankets with anthrax and hand them out" has been used. No development to speak of, no specific strains.

Hard cover military tome. Psychological Warfare in Urbanized Terrain Vol. II includes chemical warfare but not biological.
You'd be hard pressed to find official doctrine.
But coming from a "medical background" myself, I accept the next weapon will be a cocci that seizes catecholamine function.
The only interesting thing I vaguely remember is the US testing anti-rice bioweapons in Japan in the 60s or 70s.

Aside from researching new strains and weaponising stuff, not a huge amount. More research is pumped into defence.
Unless you're referring to Chemical alongaise Bio, in which case there has been a lot of development since their first use.
