My dad's friend shot himself in the foot with a 10/22, was holding the gun in one hand pointed at the ground, it bounced from the first shot and the second shot went in the top of his foot, traveled around the side under the skin and stopped inside the bottom of his foot, under the skin. He framed a copy of the newspaper article for himself and also drove to his friend's town and posted copies on a bunch of bulletin boards. Had his full name and everything.
