Germany could have won in europe even with their atrocious logistic as far as mid 43 if Manstein was able to do as he pleased instead of doing that retarded thing that attacking Kursk was. And with the prospect of nuclear weapons being able to win the war again now that the super-over-the-top-shitty-experimental-weapons to destroy russian are useless they "may" have caught up with the delay of their nuclear program which slowed to nothing at end of 42 to the point that nuclear exchange might have become possible during WWII. That and not being almost defenseless against air raids and repelling any D-DAY-like not being a possibility but an almost certainty.
Well all of that is purely historical suppositions with all the values they have but saying germany had no way of winning as in "cold war with the US ensue" is patently false.
