I'd recommend the Hogue furniture set (includes a grip and handguards) along with a Phoenix Technology stock. Pick your poison when it comes to color, they're available in Black, Tan, and OD green.
It's hands down the most comfortable stuff I've ever used.
Here is a WASR 10 (not mine) with the OD green Hogue furniture and Phoenix Technology Stock. It comes without the rails on the hand-guard but they are included so you can add them if you want.
