his first tour was as a gunner on an MRAP and the second tour he was a combat photographer/artist. he went around iraq drawing and taking picktures of marines in combat areas. he started the web comic and the marine corps times started printing it every week in their paper. he got out in 2010 and lives in california.

He never did anything special while serving but never claimed to have, everything he has said seems to be 100% legit. His comics will soon start going to shit now out he out of the Corps and will be forced to rely on second hand information and anecdotes.
