The K9 seems to me to be the best choice, by far.
The M109A7 doesn't have the required 40km range, and the rest are either wheeled or Polish, or both.
Additionally, the left's retarded politics could get in the way of the ATMOS, if that is chosen.
Reminder that the norwegian has MLRS just stuffed away in a depot and we're not even using them.

PzH2000, no contest. Even the K9 still uses German tech.
With excalibur and a specialized recce vehicle will tear any adversary several new assholes. Too bad there is no auto resupply vehicle though.
Better geared toward cold weather conditions, commonalty with the neighbors (German, Dutch) that co-operate during exercises like Cold Repsonse or have NATO area of responsibility (Northern Norway). Actual counter fire protection, good cross terrain performance (leo2 chassis, components).
You could also go with the Artillery Gun Module and place it on a Patria (Denmark) or a tracked mlrs-stripped vehicle.
