/k/ommandos! I'm on the market for a new handgun. I'm faced with two choices. Jericho 941 with steel frame or Glock 19 or 17 4th gen.
I like the Jericho's aesthetic and it sits well in the hand, but it weights as much as a brick. The Glock is less appealing but it has more aftermarket parts.
Which would you choose?

Whats more important;
a) Functionality
b) Snowflakeness
If you pick a) go with a Glock.
If you pick b) get the Jericho
>and then kill yourself with it

Well, because I want to live out my days as a space borne bounty hunter and smuggler?
Guess....
In this comparison I see the Glock like an AR-15 and the Jericho as an AK-47.

If you just want to have a gun for edc or self defence, than Glock.
If you want fun on the range and add it to your collection, than Jericho.
Both are great guns, but the Glock is a bit more functional and reliable.

If it's to carry and not shoot, the glawk
If it's to shoot and not carry, the Jericho

What holster are you using with your Jericho?
>>29592964
It's a good gun that's perfectly fine for "EDC", but Glock is simply the most optimal gun on the market (generally speaking) for that purpose.

>execute faciski
>execute bourgeoisie
>become hero of revolution
>drink with comrade stalin himself
only acceptable answer.
I've read some shitty reviews about the new Glock mags. Supposedly, they are impossible or extremely difficult to load to full capacity and cause malfunctions. Can someone confirm or deny this? Source: http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2012/03/ralph/gun-review-glock-19-gen4-9x19mm/
Might as well use pic related.
>execute communist traitor
>execute anarchists
>become part of the bourgeoisie
>dring champagne with CEO's, bankers and movie stars
only acceptable answer.

It's more like the glock is an AR15 and the Jericho is a Sig 55x series.
Does the Sig do anything better than an AR15? No. Probably worse, even.
Does it look different? Yes.

things i don't like about the glock
>panel gap between slide and frame
>the trigger safety
>upward curved rail
>factory bumps in grip look bad compared to other manufacturers
>those round plastic leftovers from the mold look cheapy as fuck
>the lack of an external hammer is a preference but i like having one
>the non dovetail front sight
>whatever that hole in the guide rod is supposed to be
things i do like about the glock
>doublestack
>very high capacity magazines
>the logo is cool
>tons of aftermarket accessories
if they made them with metal frames i might into one but as it currently stands im happy with my current lineup of guns
I watched Hickok45's Baby Eagle review. I'm gonna choose the boring Glock. Seems to be the better choice.

>if they made them with metal frames
A metal framed Glock would just be pure fucking ecstasy. Jesus christ.
I'd cave in immediately and "re-buy" full metal models of all the models I currently own.
However it's a shame that Glock would probably produce any metal framed variants in short runs every now & then like they do with G17l.
>panel gap between slide and frame
Don't know about you but my frame gap on my Glock 41 went away after about 400 rounds or so. It's almost like the heat warped it into place.
