No, you should not join the French Foreign Legion. Under any circumstances.
Army regulation 40-501 covers a lot of things that would exclude you, but it never mentions Marfan syndrome by name. Chapter 2, Physical Standards for Enlistment, Appointment, and Induction, is the one most pertinent to your situation.
Basically, the jist of what that says is that if you have anything that will interfere with your ability to perform military duties, as assessed by a doctor, you will probably not get in. If you have some sort of heart problems or whatever Marfan syndrome does, you will not get in. If you are just freakishly tall but otherwise totally capable, you will almost definitely not have a problem.

First of all, the military doesn't do that. You'd get paid to do menial shit and go shit places.
Second of all, I'm a taxpayer. Why would I want to pay your decrepit ass to do a substandard job and cost me a fuckton of maintenance costs once your condition catches up with you?
I mean, sure, okay. The military thrives on idiots who think that what they're doing is "cool", and "radical", and "badass". So if you are one of those easily fooled idiots, I would normally be happy to pay you barely a living wage to do a shit job.

In all seriousness though, I hear the Legion is super picky about who they let in. Most of the guys who go in don't make it, and those guys have no major issues with their bodies.
