no what a waste of money lmao XDD bloobloo
I really do hope HK starts importing those mp5's they're making for the european market
>>29574690
try $5500.00
>>29574658
Have one of those too.
>>29574707
This is a Zenith/MKE, so $1675.
>>29574640
>Zenith
>SEF Lower
>Semi Auto
That's cute.
>>29574707
>try $5500.00
uhh
>>29575009
I'm not made of money, somebody has to feed those Turkish kids.
>>29574640
When I see these I always wonder how easy it would be to convert them to full auto. Would you just need to buy a surplus FA lower? Educational info only, just curious because the MP5 fires from a closed bolt in all versions.
>>29574640
Didn't zenith go with some retarded bolt block to prevent the guns being used with sears?
>>29575073
On most HK clones you'll need to drill the trigger pack to fit the sear. Really not any harder than doing a third hole on an AR lower assuming you already have a full auto bolt carrier.
>>29575073
This guys mp5k had the best giggle switch.
>>29575096
Makes sense. Enough to stop the casual turd from doing it then. Just drill a pin hole like on an AR15, or actual machine out a pocket of material?
>>29575113
What ever happened to that guy? Go dark for the coming stepmom war?
>>29575128
Just drill, I know this is a shit quality picture but if you look at the pin on the bottom right of these packs that is the auto sear hole. The top one has the notch to clear the "shelf" on a semi auto HK receiver. ATF mandated the shelf to be welded over the pin hole on the receiver so that you can't just clip on a full auto trigger group. The sear gets moved back on the notch and the hammer is modified (optionally) to deal with the increase of ROF from changing the sear geometry.
>>29575075
They have a carrier block which needs to be removed so you can into a full auto carrier. Certain models of the Zenith also requires other bullshit to accept a F/A sear pack.
>>29575207
So you'd have to have the shelf welded on since a double push pun receiver without the carrier block would be a machine gun in the ATF's eyes.
>>29575203
So you need to drill the hole and notch the FA sear to clear the semi-auto shelf. That must have been a super easy and cheap way to make your MP5 giggle like a school girl on prom night before the 86 ban.
>>29575113
Is that serial number seriously "0013"?
>want an mp5 clone
>the only two cheap options is to either fund roaches or terrorists
>>29575236
There was three ways of doing MP5 machine guns back in the day
1. Registered receiver. Could have both pin holes open so any full auto trigger group would fit without modification. Most registered receivers still had the semi auto shelf though. Downside is you can't use the auto pack on other HK's you may own
2. Registered trigger housing. Some manufacturers did register the housing as the machinegun and notched them just enough to clear the shelf but not change the position of the sear. Can move these to any number of HK host guns you own
3. Registered sear. Just the basic sear which you then put into a modified housing. This is probably the most common type out there. Can move to any HK host you own
>>29575261
Its a later production run after they switched from the 4 digit serial with no prefix. That is the 13th gun off the line for that year though.
>>29575113
my erection can only get so hard.
>>29575339
Looks like it has the PDW 4 position ambi Navy lower, which is very pricey - like $600+ - by itself.
And those pin holes are actually holes it seems. You can't see the shelf around it and they aren't cut off in the plastic either. Registered receiver maybe?
It's missing the threading on the barrel as well which later PDW's had, so this would be an early PDW from the mid 80's up until the 90's.
>>29574640
DO I EVER!
>>29575031
A genuine SP89 is around $4000 or so Genuine MP5K's are in the $18k range since they are all transferable machineguns (even the semi-autos from the FBI since they have a third pin hole).
MP5K-PDWs are effectively impossible to get a real one as they were imported in tiny numbers in the early 90's and none are transferable. The early PDW's were older unsold MP5K's that were reworked for the PDW concept before being a dedicated product. I would assume that if it was registered on an old transferable receiver and then reworked with parts by HK themselves, you'd be looking at $20k+ just for a transferable MP5K-PDW

He said something about a court appearance this month. I imagine he's pretty busy.
>>29575393
that guy can literally dual weld a mateba and gyrojet at the same time. had a python in the same box as the mateba and an m203 found in the attic.
it was nuts. i don't have the other screencaps though but check desustorage
>>29574792
Yeti wurks grip?
How do you like it?
>Form 1 me pls
>>29575411
Well he said the date code is IE which would be 1984. Except the SP89 was imported first in 1989, so this gun somehow got into the US 5 years before they were imported. I wonder if his old man was an SOT and that was a dealer sample.

I still only have the one magazine.
I'm FINALLY sending off my form to the atf tomorrow
>>29575592
Im good
>>29575547
Speaking of easy as fuck full auto, all you need for those is a dremel and a FA lower with the sear still installed.
>>29575627
But anon, that would be illegal...
>>29575684
Indeed it would. Then again one day some politicians could say any semi auto is illegal and at that point why not open it up.
>>29575716
True, i still need to open up the mag well to accept double stacks...
>>29575743
Go slow and do lots of hand cycling of the mags to make sure you get it right. Its easy to go too far and the mags over insert.
>>29575518
SP89 in 1989 ,yes. MP5K is 1974. MP5K-PDW is 1991.
It sounds more like it was a normal MP5K that was upgraded into a PDW later on. Since all factory PDW's had a threaded barrel and his only has the 3 lug, that also makes sense as well.
>>29575627
Please tell us more. Totally NOT ATF here
>>29576616
the ATF were the ones that posted those pics on their own website to aid LEA's in ID'ing conversions.
>>29575617
Wait so that's full auto?
>>29575544
No it's not unless you can get any other sub gun.
Like a Kriss vector.
>>29575544
Bull fucking shit.
MP5 is one of the best subguns on the market. UZIs are trash.
>>29576779

As of 3 days ago...yes. trying to get papers out by end of next week.

I really want a clone in 9mm even though roller delayed blowback is deprecated, but I can't justify the prices. Building one from a receiver flat with actual HK parts is even more absurd. They are sexy as fuck though.

I bought one on a whim the other day to try one out (gen 2).
Had fun at the range with it but I haven't put thousands of rounds through it yet to really test the reliability. No issues yet but it is too early to tell.
>>29576681
Nah dawg.
So I can attach my stock
>>29578525
How much? I've been debating getting one.
>>29578640
Canadaland, so on sale for $1650. Te ones sold in Canada also use different barrels that are slightly different than they use in America so they cost a bit more here, even without the poor dollar.
Whenever i see an mp5 image now I instantly feel mad and jealous over that dude who inherited fuckton of guns including one of the first ever built mp5ks with full giggle switch.
>>29574792
if its a mke its no hk. any preban HK gets at least $3500.
>>29575521
aren't the mags for that thing like $400?
>>29581293
Probably.
Yeah.
>>29575521
another one I let slip away.
