Buy a Colt 6920 with a M4 roll mark take the 16" barrel off and sell it and buy a 14.5" and pin and weld an extended flash hider on it.

Actually, do you mean an M4 or an M4A1? There's some differences.
The M4 has a fixed carryhandle, the A1 has a flat-top with a detachable handle.
the m4 version has a short barrel with pinned flash hider, pretty close to the real thing.
