The internals are all MIM though. It's difficult to do a nice trigger job on them, the best you can do is install stainless steel shims and try to remove all the side to side play. My 686 had a 8 pound trigger pull before I shimmed it and installed a slightly lighter trigger return, now it's around 6 pounds. Mainspring hasn't been touched.
