Standard pressure 9mm ball sucks. And if I'm gonna bet my life on it, Id rather have at least brass cased with a sealed primer.

Do you alternate bullet types in your magazines like a belt fed weapon?

Feed-ramp lock-back considerations aside, I do it with my spare (and only a spare) because I don't use a mag carrier and so it ends up in my pocket instead. I don't want the lead on a hollowpoint to rub onto shit like my wallet, so I top off with an FMJ, usually 124 grain NATO spec shit
