okay so the T-90A i'm talking about right? it got shot at by an insurgent. they did a "gun cam" esque video with the ATGM, showing the missile flying towards the tank, the impact, AND if they completely killed the crew and disabled the tank they would show the aftermath.
said T-90, took a TOW round to the front of the turret, and the entire crew was perfectly fine. However, the commander jumped out because he was scared as fuck, and a dirty sandmonkey so he's incompetent. i say this, because like I mentioned in my earlier post, the crew (the commander) had turned off the electronic anti-missile systems to prevent the missile from hitting in the first place, and they had the hatches of the tank open, which resulted in the commander probably having his ear drums popped open like cherries.
The tank was completely fine, and the ERA was barely scraped.
LATER that week, the same terrorist group who had claimed to fire at the tank in question posted a picture of the TOW they used to shoot the tank.

Not really an ejector seat, that would probably kill the occupant, but the missile splits in two parts (the back part would slow down to clear the first using a drogue chute) and the man-occupied part deploys a drogue chute to slow down and then either deploys a larger parachute or splits open to allow the occupant to use his chute.
Meanwhile the other section loses it's own drogue chute, continues on it's original path, and then allahu ackbars into the ground.
