The closest Indian casino to me has mostly white (one or two Asians/African) cocktail waitresses and bartenders, mostly white security/pit bosses, and a literal perfect mix of races/ethnicities for dealers. The only natives I saw worked as dealers or cash handlers, and they were legit so I doubt any favoritism was at play.
The biggest problem I have with native Americans is that the business DOESNT benefit reservations or actual natives enough, and usually the trashy ones are blowing their pay and benefits at the casino that is supposed to be serving them, while the wealthy Indians rake it in with a smile.
