First off OP I just want to tell you to really rethink doing this.
The Punisher skull is one of the most laughably cliche and tryhard symbols you can put on anything, especially after the entire Chris Kyle thing.
You might tell yourself and everyone here that you're doing it cuz of the Punisher (you're not but whatever) even if you were you would still be laughed at everywhere you went because I have serious doubt you have the cred to back up having that on your chest.
True hardcore badasses that do things like this try to be original and find something a little depreciating to plaster on their gear.
