As far as "cheapest," the MSRP on the Savage model 10 FCP-SR is 785 dollars, but it's only available in .308, which isn't a super well-regarded precision cartridge. The 11/111 FCNS has an MSRP of 792 dollars and way more available chamberings, so that's probably a better place to start.

I was first introduced to Punisher through the MAX series, practically identical in eloquence and physical appearance to Marv from Sin City.

Every single punisher from all movies and everything just come off like whiny bitches. IMO, the Punisher should be a force of nature, a living embodiment of retribution against criminals, with no room for pain or even that many words. He should have two facial expressions; "stoic scowl" and "stoic scowl harder".

Indeed. I thought his fighting was a bit too showy as well; I would always imagine more of a "grab, even if other guy is using you like a punching bag, rip in two whatever you grabbed, continue until bad guy stops". Other variations include "break whatever you grabbed" and "use guy you grabbed like a baseball bat until you scare little girl".

I do think the Punisher should have rare moments where he is a little more talkative, but those moments would be brief, very critical, and would probably end with a LOT of dead bodies. Like his "speech" would be a few sentences at most, but each word would weigh as much as a thousand and steal the whole episode.

I still can't believe guns don't fuck up the Daredevil's hearing. Even temporarily. More than that, the Punisher is one to let himself be hit so he can end the fight even if the other guy is actively shoving a hand into Castle's ribcage and actually grabbing at his organs. Agreed. I would also think Daredevil would hear muscles contracting, tendons stretching and joints moving to "see" people. This would make him OP in a fight, but then any gunshot and you'd have a dazed blind man.
