Looking into getting a multi tool to put into my car, what's a good recommendation?

The Gerber 600 is nice, and it comes with a really nice philips driver, but I think the Diesel is better. Feels like and updated version and the scissors have been handier than I expected. The saw is utter garbage though.

The Diesel isn't that good. Used it for my daily driver as an army aircraft mechanic. The Phillips head sucks dicks and only serves to round screw heads out. The fit of the pliars isn't all that great either, on mine the wire cutters shift to make a gap that what I'm cutting just bends to fit it. The saw served me well though.

How sturdy is it? I've been looking at the OHT and while the design seems clever the whole idea of sliding out the pliers makes me doubt their durability compared to the more conventional designs.
OP, if its for your car you don't need to worry about size, get a LM Supertool 300.

Also, unless you use yours a LOT and you're constantly putting it away and pulling it out, the flip opening isn't useful enough to outweigh the flimsyness that it introduces.

I use mine on Blackhawks. So its good enough for heavy, technical use.
Leatherman Wave is my go to multitool. But for something simpler to keep in the car, this screwdriver is handy. It can reach those tight spots under the hood that a multitool can't.
