Of course it can be repeated. 67 Israel had a weapons embargo against it and it's only western ally was France while the Arabs got full support and the newest weapons from the USSR. Nowadays most of those countries have desintagrated into civil war and are armed with 40 years old soviet weapons while Israels military has one of the worlds largest budgets, advanced technology and a strong alliance with the US, cooperation with most EU armies and decent relations with Russia and China.
