Gaunt's Ghosts series is really good. Great battle scenes, good characters (so many different ones and you still manage to care when they get killed), and good stories. You might have trouble finding some of them but check ebay frequently and they'll eventually show up.
Eisenhorn trilogy is absolutely stellar.
Ravenor trilogy is really good too, though not as good as Eisenhorn. It tends to drag in some pretty boring parts but still a really good trilogy.
