Is this the new APC for US Army?
>>29244483
>It's a flatter M113
Ok
The APC concept should not even exist
Theres no reason or purpose for it
Back in the day, there was the expectation of tactical nukes going off all over the place, so infantry needed a NBC protected vehicle to ride in
Not to be armored against enemy fire.
>>29244508
Well, General Dynamics made them, so it's poosible that they tried to shove this up the army's throat (with intense lobbying and buy americana spirit)

At least try to act like you have a clue.
>>29244545
Thanks for ruining the damn thread, nigga
Army is too tied up in Strykers right now
>without uparmor the stryker can only withstand up to 7.62
>NBC shit hardly works never tested
>ramp sucks cock and always breaks
>drivers get raped by tc and bad camera at night
>its just damn awful
I hate being a stryker dismount but it is one way to get some damn sleep as an 11b
>>29244563
Stop being a fucking retard.
>>29244571
>this fag again
front is resistant to 14.5mm always
>>29244577
Heh heh, sit in the drivers hole while we test, BTW .50bmg is 12.7mm so surely you'll be okay.
Not
>>29244601
Why are you telling someone to do something you have not?
>>29244656
Bruh...I'm in a Stryker unit 3 months out from a deployment
Also
>being a driver
That position is held for fuck ups and fatties
>>29244697
That makes you even less qualified to talk about the armor of the Stryker. Do you honestly think they tell grunts the exact armor specifications of vehicles?
>>29244730
Uh, yeah...you realize grunts fucking drive them, gun for them, and command them, right? They have driving schools and classes for everyone from Joes to the RCO to understand how to emplace the stryker and for survivability in combat.
>>29244747
note that you did not actually address what he said
>>29244790
Too bad I did when I referred to the driving and survivability clases
>>29244697
>Stryker
Oh cool, so you're 3 months out from death?
>>29244483
That is (or was) a Swedish SEP tracked modular APC. The concept was really great (but not that mature) and it sure had potential, but then the SJWs we call government killed it like they do with everything that could be usefull to the armed forces. (That beeing said they ofcourse payed a lot for the project)
>>29244483
Is this a weapon to surpass metal boxes?
>>29244483
Add machine gun and you're in business.
