Thankfully it seems like the zombie green/themed shit has died down over the last 2 year in regards to weapons at least.

Shit was cheaper than regular Hornady when it first came out, too. Though I doubt that's still the case.

Nigger it is fucking vmax at 75% of the cost. Especially to me since I reload. It's the exact same bullet with green or yellow dye added instead of red.

I meant the most I've seen Z-max priced at was on par with the V-max. You're preaching to the choir.

No, they are marketed at toys first, and useful products last.

Tip on identifying good knives: If the type of steel used isn't mentioned, it is probably a piece of shit.

Knife enthusiasts will want to know technical details like that, and if the company doesn't care to mention those details, then the product is probably bad because they don't attempt to market to customers who want a good quality product.

>All of our blades are full-tang, battle-ready, sharpened and sheathed pieces of 5160 and 6150 spring steel that we heat-treat to yield a 55 Rockwell hardness. Our bevels are saber-grinds and our edge bevels run at about 19 degrees. Our handles are made from T-6 aluminum that is pinned onto the tang with mild steel pins. They do not come off.
>The entire blade is given an acid etch with ferric chloride acid. This imparts a very slight corrosion resistance to the blade (in that the ferric chloride is, technically, pre-corroding the blade), but, being carbon steel, the blade still needs to be regularly oiled to avoid rust.
