Longest wait time I sat on hold for their warranty dept was 1.5 hrs until I finally hung up. Had to call a few salesmen before one of them got me an rma, which they said takes 8 weeks just to receive. I sent it in 2 weeks ago and they haven't even entered in the rma number that they received it.

It's a good light, but I wish it was aluminum, mine cracked without me even doing anything, it just cracked. I like the lock-out bezel and the fact it's a single battery but still has decent life. I also like the lever method of attachment.
The x300 is still way better, but it's not proportional to the difference in price.
