it is the best double magazine tube bullpup shotgun made by keltec out there.
>>
>>28732533

Really reliable, dont listen to those fucks on youtube who dont know how to use a shotgun

Great gun really. You can find them for around 800 or less in some places. Its a good buy all around.
>>
Just avoid the first gen.

I'm selling one tomorrow, it is a massive piece of shit. You are a fucking liar.

OP, the shotgun will eject the spent shells directly into your wrist, feeding is iffy and completely unreliable, there is absolutely no way you will ever reload this thing on the move or in any quick fashion
General loading of the tubes is a bitch itself.
You have to pump this fucking thing so hard that it's not unrealistic to think that your hand might lose grip of the shotgun and end up in front of the muzzle (few reports of this actually happening floating around the internet)

Stay far away from this piece of garbage.
>>
>>28733043
hi MAC, what is your favorite shotgun? I'm not aware of any made by IWI. Big fan by the way, when are you going to do another Tavor video?

Had one for a while while camping in Alaska. Nice and compact - a lot easier to handle inside the tent than the 45-70 lever action I used when out in BFE. It was nice to have a bear banger racked with a choice of slug or buck next.

Reliable and easy to use once you got used to racking the slide really hard.

The big problem I had with it was hiking on a 2 point sling - its all angles and edges digging into you every scramble or climb. The lever action was a lot nicer and more survivable in that regard.
>>
>>28733080
If IWI doesn't make it, then it's shit.

I'd like to thank buds gun shop and IWI for this great opportunity.
>>
Just get a DP12 over that kelkek garbage
>>
They're solid guns.

Are they as practical as a good 870 or 500? Probably not. But they have advantages.

Pros:
>dat capacity
>solidly reliable if you know how to handle it (read: don't short shuck)
>26" in OAL, short as fucking fuck
>incredibly small frame for what it is (looking at you, UTAS)

Cons:
>price
>doesn't come with sights, the fuck
>needs a VFG to really shine
>heavier than most shotguns because lol2tube
>recoil is incredibly stout comparatively despite this
>awkward to reload
>>
>>28733168
>DP12
it is the best double barrel, double magazine tube bull pup shotgun on the market.
>>
>>28733168
Literally just a bigger KSG that gets vertigo.
>>
>>28733168
>>28733184
Is it ideal for home-protection?
>>
Gun is good but just get 590a1 Mossberg.
Spend difference on other things.
At end of day theyre both pump action shotguns firing same ammo, doing same thing but 590a1 is heavy duty misspelled and much cheaper.
Don't forget to write your mother.
>>
>>28733211
Hell no, you would get strung the fuck up if you shot an innocent midnight house trespasser with a DP12 in today's SJW climate.
>>
Shot the shit out of mine today and love it. I've only had it for a few months but it's been a solid shooter. I dubbed it "bonemaker" for obvious reason.
>>
>>28733270
I keep an extra Mossberg around as a drop gun. Then again, I am not sure the local police could even identify my DP-12 as a firearm.
>>
>>28733180
I have to disagree on the OAL being a positive
I've held one and it feels just a hair longer than my PAP pistol when I forget how the arm brace works
If I were to get one I'd get a recoil pad for it just to increase the LOP
>>
>>28734390
>I have to disagree on the OAL being a positive
Why? It's the shortest legal minimum length you can have without going NFA.
I guess if you've got lanky arms, but otherwise why wouldn't it be a good thing?
>>
>>28734411
Yeah, I'm 6'2
So I've got longer arms

Those were with airshit VFGs that used a tiny plastic pin to stay on the rail.

I feel like training is going to be a major issue with the DP12. It takes a lot of work to truly master pump action shotguns. It'll be very hard to switch between the DP12 and another pump action shotgun, and vice versa.

Moreover, it just seems utterly impractical. What do you gain from that extra barrel?
>>
>>28734696
as far as I know, it's a double action trigger
>>28734695
so, the exact same as a pump's mag tube?

Unless you some reason you need a really short shotgun, just get a Benelli M2.

They arnt much more in the current market, and it has legendary reliability.
>>
>>28734695
In that size of package, if it's as reliable as a double action revolver should be, I'm all for it.

>A re-imagining of the Jackhammer?
Maybe, dont know enough about it. But this is a DAO semi auto shotgun with a easily removable titanium lined polymer cylinder. God only know how much the cylinders will cost, but at least it is a mag fed shotgun that you can leave shells in without worrying about them becoming deformed.

Standard (18") length, SBS and underbarrel versions will be made.

Pricing (for the non-suppressed model) they said would be in line with the high end tactical shotgun market.
>>
Bought mine this last summer. Love it add to the fact I paid 800 in all for it. (other places have the motherfucker for 1000 plus). it's heavy as hell and sounds like Zeus threw a lightening bolt at your head but it's a sweet little package, slugs in one tube buck in the other. youre ready for anything.

Get some sights for it ASAP and avoid anything produced before 2013 and you're good.
>>
>>28734761
wait, it's a double-action revolver bullpup shotgun?

why
>>
>>28734819
>why
Because there are no semi auto bullpup shotguns besides the High Standard 10B which they stopped making in the 70s. And this has a removable magazine/cylinder. In the latest version they moved the mag release forward of the trigger similar to an AR.

This, an MDR and a Boberg XR9L (who doesnt want 500ft/lbs of 9mm +P+ in a subcompact?) are the next guns i'm buying.
>>
>>28734761
>you can leave shells in without worrying about them becoming deformed
Care to elaborate?
Suppose I leave my Mossberg loaded at all times
>>
>>28734819
oh and wait I also just realized...

cylinder gap. a supressor isn't great with a cylinder gap, that's why the Nagant revolver has to push the cylinder forward. does this Crye Six12 do that? and rotate the fuckhuge cylinder all with a bullpup trigger pull?

Sorry, should have said detachable magazine. Was referring to Saigas and the like.

The cylinder moves forward when you fire it to seal the gap just like the Nagant

If you can shoot a pump like a pump is suppose to be shot you run the very real risk of blowing your front hand off. Also the gun throws up like shit. Its hard to point shoot unless its already on your shoulder.

Its an over priced piece of shit. Buy a 870 or 500 and save your money.

They dont make a 45 in long. And the long version has a special buffer which is supposed to help a lot with recoil. Also have pic related for doing stupid things with a 45
