Jerry, Max, Dave, Randi, Jesse are all pro shooters all day everyday. Most of them are employees of the company they shoot for. Lena isn't going to be making much to shoot, but she's getting ammo, firearms, entry fees, travel fees, entry spots not open to you an me, and a small stipend.
I shoot with a Team Sig shooter. It's not a great deal, but, it's pretty damn good to have someone else funding you for 50k rounds a year.
