I can't find any images online of one fitted with attachments like that.

It isn't chambered. A round needs to be chambered for a silencer to function or you'll still get the bang from the cylinder side.

All revolvers except for a select few have a cylinder gap between the face of the cylinder and the barrel. This means that gas will escape here instead of continuing out the barrel into the suppressor.

I like my Rhino for its recoil characteristics, but it's not a subtle weapon. It's big, blocky, and the 60ds is the longest barrel length it comes in. It's also a revolver, which means - as has already been discussed - it leaks gas all over the place by design. In fact, you should take extra care when operating it because it will burn your supporting hand if you don't mind your grip.

A supressor supresses the noise of the gas behind the bullet. A revolvers design is such that the gas escapes out in the gap between the cylinder and the bore, this makes a bang, making a supressor useless.

That's a Mateba Unica 6, also designed by Emilio Ghisoni but fundamentally different than the Chiappa Rhino.
Both the Unica 6 and the Rhino have barrels attached like the Dan Wesson Model 15, a barrel tube that is tensioner with a barrel nut and an outer shroud. The Wesson and the Unica 6 have barrels designed to be removed by the owner, the Rhino uses this setup solely to simplify production and the barrel isn't intended to ever be removed. Maybe with an assload of time and effort you could attach a suppressor to a Rhino and then feel like a fucking retard when it doesn't work at all. Be easier to bore out a Dragon Dildo and fit it to the muzzle, just as effective too!
