Easy if you've got the right tools, vice the slide and all you have to do is hammer them out with a punch and do the same with the new ones, from left to right. While I didn't have to do this with my sights, some sights may require some filing to fit. Just youtube it, that's what I did and I had no issues besides slight marring since my punches are steel.
