My mistake I misspoke, I re watched the video and he says there are only 4 working replicas of the DL-44. So C96 pistol made to look like that.

It can't be too hard to make. It just looks like a c96 with a custom muzzle break, a side scope (which I'm pretty sure already exist), a blued finish and a low power scope.
