Switzerland could effectively invade Germany and hold on to a large chunk of clay for a long time before the German armed forces got their shit together.

Half of their armed forces are basically a paper tiger. They have only half their fighters operational and probably something similar for their armored units

I met a German pilot in the US on a training exercise, the Luftwaffe is a joke. Over half the fleet is either grounded or being cannibalized for parts to keep everything else flying. It's seriously African dictatorship-tier
