How come Bolt Action >>>>>>> Lever action?

Try working the lever of a lever action while prone. That's partially why. Lever actions are also more complex which equates to less reliable.
Is there any point to getting a bolt gun over a sub-MOA semiauto DMR?

Cheaper to make a sub moa bolt gun.
More consistent due to no gas system or as many moving parts when firing.
More reliable.
Legal in more places.
And anything past .308/7.62 in a auto is pointless because the ranges you would use a .300 or .338 at wouldn't require that rate of fire.

it's a pretty good one though. There are a few other rifles that people really think of when they think "sniper" and that would probably be the M40A5 and the Artic Warfare, both of which are phenomenal.

So the MSR shoots .338, .300 winmag and .308 and the M2010 only shoots .300 Winmag?
What is the point of the XM2010 aside from not needing to convert the MSRs? Why not just drop the M2010 since they have the same chassis anyway

Because a bolt action allows for safe storage of multiple conical rounds, which was dangerous with leverguns. Conical rounds allowed for more potent ballistics.
