Basically you need a good PC. So 3rd, 4th or 5th gen i5 CPU. 8 GB RAM minimum and a 770 or 970 GTX and up.
People say multiplayer is laggy, but not for me at all. I regularly play Capture the Island with 60 people. You need a good PC and a non-shit connection.
The EUTW servers are really good and I love operating with friends, using Little Birds to drop behind enemy lines or 3-manning a Varsuk MBT.
The best fighting is when the capture point is in a forest and everyone's on foot, crawling through the underbrush. Intense firefights where you really don't know where the enemy is.
