Looks like someone recently did it and i have no idea what it says.

You could restore it with an original stock they are about $50 at Apex gun parts. But since you already have a bent bolt might as well get an original or reproduction PU scope and mount then have a gunsmith put the mount on your rifle. Or make it tacticool since you only paid $30 for it.
