I'm a former 0311 and I'm currently working on my Bachelors. I have a clean record and both of my parents are retired Law enforcement. What are the odds of me getting hired by the CIA. I really want to get into the Clandestine Services. Anyone know anything the CIA website doesn't say?
No experience with the IC or .gov, but I feel like every time I read something about someone getting recruited it's because they get a good reputation with their history/international relations professors

CIA hires STEM majors at good schools. Literally no field crossover of knowledge, just for the smart guys. I'm not sure if that feeds into the more direct action area though.

Go to the job fair at your uni when they have them. There's usually a CIA recruiter there. Talk to them, tell them what you're interested in, and what your experience is. 90% chance they'll bring you on.
Hell, my dad was a Seabee, and he got recruited for clandestine shit when he was in college. He spent most of his Navy days playing football and eating.
