Macки Шoy, a Ukrainian comedy show from the nineties and early two-thousands. Watched it when I was kid. Sort of a Monty Python slav knock off.
Also the name of this show (Masks Show) became a slang word for being raided by any special police unit(OMON for example), because usually they wear balaklavas (masks) during operations.
