Make APFSDS for it.
>>
>>28320228
Make a mount for it a jerry rig mortars for it. I recommend a remote trigger unless your a fan of shrapnel in you.

Personally I like pneumatic cannons better. But if you're using combustion I recommend using a stun gun as an ignition system and wiring it up for a multi spark ignition system improves combustion.

Also using butane or propane as fuel makes a hell of a difference, and their clean compared to bull shit like hair spray, but you better know what you're doing or you're going to have a pipe bomb instead of a cannon.

They were pretty fun.

Also a pro tip I got is to make it as easily manageable and storable as you can. It may be tempting to build a big ass gun but you'll enjoy a smaller one better. I recommend keeping it under 1.5 meters long. Any more and it gets difficult to store and get around or transport.

aslo making the barrel interchangeable with a treaded male adapter at the front of the combustion chamber and a thread female on the base of the barrel allows you to have different size barrels without having to build multiple cannons. It also helps with storage and cleaning out your gun if you shoot nasty shit out of it.

Breechloading spud chucker from last thread. Not the guy who made it, I just appreciate the design

Note how the barrel is like a recoilless rifle, and the chamber fits around it.

Done.

Put a end cap on the tip of the barrel and then blow yourself up faggot.

I remember having one that I made explode in the hands of a friend. The thickness of the combustion chamber was too thin and we packed the barrel hard with an apple. The pressure was so much and had no where to go but through the wall. Shit was deafening. Also make sure you know what you're doing when putting one together.

Pneumatic launchers are the way to go. Unless you have a precise way of measuring how much propellant you're injecting, using pneumatics gives consistent performance.

On hot summer days I like to put dry ice and water in the chamber of my pneumatic launcher and watch the gauge. Once it hits 100psi, baby just sit back and enjoy the show ;)

I've always wanted to build a hybrid launcher but never really put my mind to it.

That's all I saved ;^)

File down the edges of your muzzle so it peels the potato when you load it.

Wrap potato in tinfoil for better armor penetration.

Use silicone spray instead of hairspray for better ballistics

I made a steel .75 cal pneumatic when I was a youngster, it worked fuckin' awesome until the cheap ball valve trigger snapped in half.

Checked
ATF please go.

BBQ grill igniter are the go to favorite, can pick them up where you buy your PVC. I usually get one of those, and a couple longer stainless steel screws to drill into the ignition chamber like pic related. Unless you have a gun show in town....

1) Every plastic piece is available in steel.
2) with a solenoid valve you can pressurise your fuel with air. One switch will open the valve and spark the gas at the same time.
3) spray foam and a chunk of barrel makes a good sabot mold.
4) greasing the barrel helps a whole lot.
5) picrelated
