Why have an underbarrel shotgun on a pistol? Is this thing even structurally sound? Would it break your frame?
Because Taurus probably has a patent on putting a shotgun IN the pistol.

And yes, it would probably work reasonably well as long as you replaced the hinge pin with a more beefy one (this one looks like a joke) and reinforced the bottom of the trigger guard. This looks like it would shake itself apart after a while.

Surprisingly enough, if I recall, 37mm under barrel launcher would be more legal than a 12 gauge under. Or maybe you need an SBR stamp for the 37mm, I dunno, laws fucking confusing.
