You could make a suppressed SBR in some .50+ wildcat round so it would be a DD as well. Shit, then you could put a suppressed SBS on the rail.
Possibly a RDIAS? I'm not sure if that would negate the SBR like a normal MG would.

A select fire Galil, or a Winchester M. 1897 trench gun.
I'm not very experienced with firearms but I would like a fully automatic shotgun like the AA-12 or the USAS-12.
