i want to get a suppressor for my 10mm. i like the silencerco osprey 40 but im worried that the increased pressure of the 10mm would be too much for a suppressor made for a .40, does it even matter? do they make suppressors specifically for 10mm? help me out /k/

no, its really not. the only reason you need to take it apart is to clean it, if you have a can you dont need to clean it's just that much better. my osprey just goes back in its pouch when im done shooting. meanwhile i'm left fucking around with my outback II trying to take it apart and clean it.

depends on the can. the osprey isnt serviceable so you dont need to clean it. a .22 outback II isnt serviceable so you dont need to clean it. an outback IID is serviceable and needs to be cleaned every 150 rounds (per the manual) but some people say fuck it and send it in for service after 10k or so cause they dont want to clean them. maybe other pistol cans are easier to clean, i only have experience with the two i own.
