Why are people so fucking stupid?
NO ONE here knows shit about this plane. Barely anyone here knows shit about aeronautics. No one here knows shit about how commanding a 21st century air battle would go.
Why do people pretend to know what they are talking about? You have retards talking about a plane that has largely classified equipment and let alone they don't even know tactics or command in the skies. Do you really fucking think the greatest military in existence would spend all that money on something that the Chinks or Vodka could beat? Of course not.

Ironically, the USAF was testing optical color-changing built into RAM coatings back in the 90s, on a handful of A10s.
It would be easy for that to be one more of the quietly locked features waiting for a near-peer war like Suter's followon programs; simply leave out the active ingredients in allied/export planes.
