It's not so much a reduction of jobs as it is an increase in the efficiency and output of each worker, but it will demand people to work smarter and harder, possibly at lower wages than we are currently seeing.
What we need is more people who are capable of working smart, and the best source for that is to raise kids right and get them interested in how stuff works, whether through firearms, vehicles, vidya, whatever.
