What are the advantages/disadvantages of having short vs tall infantrymen in modern conflicts?

Larger people = better labor force for construction (except electronics, pic related.)
Smaller soldiers = smaller targets, less space wasted in vehicles, less food required, better overall when weapons are not muscle powered.

Honestly it's just the skinny manlets that suck. If they have a decent amount of muscle they can keep up. Also depends on how determined they are.
I don't know why but it always seems like tall people have trouble going uphill.
