>>28052746
>mfw I have a 922r violation and a state law violation (different guns) sitting in my closet
Suck on my chocolate salty balls BATFE.
Frig off ATF
What's "not legal" about that Beretta?
>>28052776
I just reported this, have fun in the pokey faggot.
>>28052868
Good thing 922(r) only applies to importers.
>>28053042
This is wrong
>>28053053
Care to educate me then?

In section 922(r) and further detailed in section 27 C.F.R. § 478.39, “no person shall assemble a semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun” if the end product is a firearm that would otherwise be banned from importation under 925(d)(3)

Not him but if i remember correctly it applies to anyone selling a gun, not just importers. It's illegal to sell a firearm that violates 922(r), but perfectly legal to own.

this thread gave me cancer
>>28053090
It says assembles, not modifies.
It states that the firearm must be assembled using a certain percentage of 922r compliant parts, not that it must keep that percentage.
The reason this shitass myth keeps going is because of fucktard fudds and companies that make those 922r parts.
I've violated 922(r) literally one billion times.
Come at me.

Same.
922r is bs.
Israeli guns always seem to pop up in Mexico for some reason.

>Racks on racks on racks of uzis
Hnnnnng
>>28053107
It's illegal for a private citizen to assemble a firearm in a configuration that violates 922r. The only exception is if you unknowingly bought it that way.

>It says assembles, not modifies.
Go ahead, split that hair and watch the ATF care. It's not like the court can un-van you.
>>28053166
Just because they don't prosecute, doesn't mean they can't.
