Most of enlisted I meet were worthless. In it for 3-6 years. So they could get college money and find something to marry.
Most of the officers were ROTC/OCS babies that had a degree, debt, and no clue what to do next. So they'll put up with sitting at a desk in the military for 6-20 years. Equally as worthless as the enlisted or downright dangerous if in command.
The few female warrants I meet were alright. They actually wanted to be there and could do their job and soldiering too.

Literally no one is saying that. Most modern men would fail a lot of the PT stuff too. If you had a randoms sample of men between 18 and 30, I'd imagine about half would get cast out at MEPS. Those that made it past that another half of them wouldn't make it through basic. So about 1/4 are suitable for general .mil shit. Compare that to the 1% of women who would make it through and you start to see the problem.

Also to add to that, the new CO in charge of my ROTC battalion decided that learning military tactics wasn't important because not all the officers are going in as infantry officers.
That means that none of the cadets learn anything relating to tactics and strategy in class, until the last year. We also won't be practicing squad tactics.
The reason?
Our new CO is a woman. She isn't an infantry officer so obviously it must not be important at all.

I think if they're not in combat roles there's no benefit to an all-male POG staff.
In combat roles they're less capable and more likely to ruin unit cohesion (not able to leave a female is instinctive, so i hear) and the uproar if they're badly treated/raped if POWs.
Of course, this will vary from nation to nation, and i believe the women in the US are 9:1 unfit for service in their mentality. Physically there's nothing stopping them but they don't step up.
I think the Jews and Yuropeons have successful integrated militaries to my knowledge, so it's doable.

I was active duty in a combat arms MOS for 6 years. At the time, women were not allowed to be in my MOS.
I feel the same about it now as I did when I got out. If they can meet the SAME standards that are expected of male soldiers, fine. If they can't, go be a cook or a clerk.
The different PT standards for female soldiers are fucking bullshit. I'm 6'3" and 210 lbs. If I go down I am not going to be any easier to carry or move because you're hauling along a vag and a set of tits, sorry.
