Why is there no PSM clones and 5.45x18 ammo on the American market?>
Because it's a tiny cartridge that doesn't even deliver 100 ft/lb. .32 ACP is significantly better for a pocket gun

How many fucking times have you gone through this? 5.45x18 DOESN'T share bullets with 5.45x39, they're simply too long. Just look at the picture in the OP and google 5.45x39, there's no physical way 5.45x18 could fit in any magazine with that bullet.
