is there a lot of BLM land in WI? I'm in OR, and while it's a good state for guns, I have a number of reasons for needing to move eventually. I'd miss the mountains, but if there are plenty of huge fields to shoot in, WI would be great.

I used phone books once to heat the house. Took them and broke them down to three pieces, would throw a piece in every ten mins.

Larger pieces on top do the smaller and then light the fire starter.
The fire starter will burn for about 10 minutes and long enough to start the smaller pieces of wood which in turn ignited the larger wood.
