I've already decided there is no chance of this ever.
Furthermore, your scenario is totally devoid of detail and a resourceful individual I would need those details including a diagram of the building with occupants, the load out each kebab, what the furniture is made out of, a description of the doors, a description of the glass, what improvised weapons there are, is the flooring carpet or concrete (it matters), is it daytime or nighttime, the weather outside, the location of the building, the response time of the PD and how well equipped they are and finally have they declared an agenda?
Since you haven't provided any of this I can only assume it's one of those "no right answer" tests designed to test the participants imagination. Well, fine.
What I do is, I hop on the giant eagle that just flew in through the front door and grasping both shoulders I squawk at the top of my lungs, hellishly even, while it flies around decapitating the kebabs with its massive talons. The last bad guy tries to activate his suicide vest but my eagle has magic feathers that can withstand the blast so we swoop down on it and the eagle folds her wings over the guy. As he detonates a barely audible, "boof" is heard from under the bird but the blast clearly was enough to stimulate the big bird sexually. It polymorphs into into a beautiful woman who is named Agent Sexy and had apparently been part of a program similar to that which they had used to create Captain America. She grabs me and rips my clothes. By now I realize that I'm going to be having sex with a super hero sexy secret agent eagle woman and my dick is basically diamonds. We screw right there in front of all the hostages while they take pictures and post them to instagram.

I'd claim to be an Isis agent myself, and tell them that I'm part of a different plot to smuggle a nuke into somewhere and that killing me would result in far less infidels dying. After all, not every Isis agent knows every other Isis agent, right?
