That is an early form of the 28th Infantry Division subdued shoulder sleeve insignia. When the Army went from full color to subdued patches, the color red was changed to OD. Well the patch blended in to much with the OG107 uniform and after about 18 months/ 2 years it was changed to a black patch so it could be seen. Somewhat rarer division patch. I happened onto a lot of about 100 of them and UPCCODE got one from me.

Well there are few things you can do if your unsure of sizing. Get a measuring tape and get to measuring. I think most Russian stuff is centimeters halved so a 100 centimeter chest is 50 etc. Im not sure about pant sizing nor the item itself as far as quality is. Just do some research on size conversions etc. I ordered some striped Russian Sailor shirts, a tank top and long sleeve. The xl size was fucking tiny I had to order xxl.
